RESERVATION POLICY

Rooms are paid in advance, at the same time as the reservation is made.

We accept the following credit- debit cards: American Express, Master Card, Visa and Diners.

Your card will be charged when you make your reservation. (Your reservation is not valid unless your payment has been accepted.)

All rates include Breakfast and VAT.

All rooms are non-smoking, as are all public areas at Queen’s Hotel.

Change of reservations may only be done by e-mail info@queenshotel.se or by phone +46(0)8249460.

Please note, if you change arrival- or departure date, the room rate may vary from your original booking.

Once you are staying at the hotel you may of course prolong your stay. However we cannot guarantee availability.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your reservation may be cancelled until the day prior to the arrival day at 15:00 (3:00 pm) local time. In case of a late cancellation or no-show we will keep the cost of the first night. To cancel your reservation, please send an e-mail to info@queenshotel.se or call: +46(0)8249460.

The hotel guarantees refund to the same SEK amount charged however the hotel does not accept responsibility for variations in exchange rate to the clients currency.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Your room is available for check-in from 15:00 (3:00 pm). The latest time for check-out is at 12:00 (noon). The reception is open daily all hours. All rooms and interior areas are non-smoking.
